Lot Description
Edwardian silver pedestal sugar bowl, of circular form with moulded rim and presentation engraving to one side above a lobed lower section, raised above a domed circular foot. Hallmarked William Hutton & Sons Ltd., London, date letter partly obscured but probably 1905. Diameter measures 4 5/8 inches (11.7 cm), weight 4.2 ozt (130.6 grams).

Condition Report
The bowl displays general surface scratches, marks and wear commensurate with the age and use. Heavy tarnishing is visible and it would benefit from a clean and polish. Deeper scratches to some areas and various minor nicks. Inscription to one side reads 'Seascale Golf Club. Spring Meeting 1910. W.Falcon-Steward. Maker's mark and date later are partly obscured, other marks are rubbed but still legible.
