An early twentieth century silver tea caddy, the plain hexagonal body, with circular lid and personal engraving. Hallmarked T H Hazlewood & Co, Birmingham 1919. Height 3 1/4 inches (8.3cm). Weight 2.79 ozt (86.9 grams).

The tea caddy displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Various small dents. Hallmarks and makers marks worn. Personal inscription reads "Hilda & Arthur August 26th 1920-1945 From Ida".
