Lot Description
A pair of silver plated rose bowls, each standing on circular footed bases, fluted bodies and detachable pierced grille with beaded border. Marked to the base GSS EP. Height measuring 8 inches (20.5 cm). Together with a pair of modern silver plated asparagus servers with decorative foliate engraving, fitted to a Victorian crested handle, with registration mark dating to 1849. Length measuring 11 1/4 inches (28.5 cm).

Condition Report
The rose bowls have a superficial aged appearance but appear in good shop seconds condition, light general scratches and marks and small manufacturing imperfections visible. The asparagus servers display some general wear, scratches, marks and tarnishing, the handle has further wear in keepking with the older age. The join between the two parts is a little crude, the handle is also stamped with the makers mark A.H.
