Condition Report
The case displays general surface scratches, marks and wear commensurate with the age and use. Heavy tarnishing is visible and it would benefit from a clean and polish. There is a little bit more wear around the edges, however the engraved decoration still appears quite bright. There is a surface dint visible to the reverse of the case, which is also visible to the interior. Hinges and clasp are in working order, although there is a gap at both sides when the lid is closed. Spots of tarnishing to the interior and other dirty marks. The hallmarks are clear and legible.
