Condition Report
Both scent bottles display general surface scratches, marks and wear commensurate with the age and use. The cylindrical example appears in fairly good condition and the engraved decoration is still bright. There are some deeper scratches and minor nicks to some areas. Hinge and clasp are in good working order. Some chips to the inner glass neck and stopper. Hallmarks around the base edge are partly distorted but still just legible, part hallmarks to the underside are very clear. The other scent bottle also appears in fairly good condition. The silver lid and mount are a little tarnished and the bulbous lid displays several small surface dints. The hallmarks around the neck appear slightly rubbed but are still legible.
