An early 20th century German platinum diamond cluster ring. Of openwork design, the old-cut diamond within an old-cut diamond oval-shape surround, to the similarly-cut diamond shoulders and plain band. Principal diamond estimated weight 0.55ct, H-I colour, VS1-VS2. German Geschutzt copyright mark. Weight 2.3gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition good. There are slight scratches to the ring in keeping with the age of the piece. The central diamond is bright. Dimensions of diamond 5.6 by 5.5 by 3.1mm. Estimated total outer diamond weight 0.18ct, individual size and/or setting prevents accurate colour/clarity assessment.
There is distinct wear to some of the settings, visible with magnification, some of the claws may need to be secured. The inner stamp is a little worn yet legible. The band has yellow metal repairs to the shoulders. Ring size L 1/2.
