An 18ct gold spessartine garnet and diamond dress ring. The oval-shape spessartine garnet, to the brilliant-cut diamond triangular-shape shoulders and tapered band. Estimated garnet weight 7.30cts. Estimated total diamond weight 0.35ct, H-I colour, SI1-SI2 clarity. Hallmarks for Edinburgh, 2005. Weight 7.5gms.

Overall condition good. There are slight scratches to the ring in keeping with slight wear. The garnet is a vibrant browny orange with a moderate saturation of colour, there are a few small inclusions visible with the unaided eye. There is slight abrasion to one of the facet edges, visible with magnification. The diamonds are bright. Ring size N.
