A late Victorian 15ct gold amethyst and split pearl pendant, circa 1890. The oval-shape amethyst, suspended from an oval-shape amethyst and split pearl cluster, within a split pearl scalloped surround. Length 4.7cms. Weight 5.5gms.

The lot is in good overall condition with scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. Stamped 15ct. Please see important notices for purchasers in the catalogue for Coloured Gemstones. The amethyst are a well matched pale purple hue with minor abrasions. The split pearls are moderately well matched with cream through yellow body colour.
