A late 19th century gold chalcedony and bloodstone seal. The oval-shape bloodstone panel, with engraved monogram, to the plain surmount and chalcedony tapered grip. Length 5.7cms.

The lot is in good overall condition with scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. There is glue visible to the chalcedony mount, possible replacement handle. The bloodstone has minor abrasion, monogrammed BC. The gold has wear to the gilt finish with numerous fine scratches.
