A sapphire and paste bird brooch. The two textured birds, one set with a pear-shape sapphire, the other set with a pear-shape blue paste, to the plain bar. Length 5.2cms. Weight 4gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition good. There are scratches to the brooch in keeping with overall wear. The sapphire is in good condition, there is an internal white fracture visible with magnification. There is abrasion to the facet edges of the blue paste, the back of the paste has been fashioned as a cabochon. The back pin and catch is secure.
