Condition Report
Overall condition fair. Some surface wear and scratches in keeping with age. Three of the sections have undergone significant repair and are possible replacements. The enamel on the repaired sections is uneven in outline, with pitting to the edges of the enamel panels, there is a nick to the enamel in one section. The snake head section is inscribed with initials and has a panel section with missing glass. The join to each of the sections is very delicate and must be handled with care. Rubies good condition with minor abrasion. Please see Important Notices for Purchasers in our catalogue for coloured gemstones. Four diamonds deficient. Diamonds fairly bright. Individual size prevents accurate colour/clarity assessment, some inclusions visible under 10x magnification. Diamonds with some abrasion and nibbles. Unhallmarked.
