An 18ct gold sapphire and diamond cluster ring. The oval-shape sapphire, within a marquise-shape and brilliant-cut diamond border, to the brilliant-cut diamond shoulders and plain band. Estimated total diamond weight 0.90ct, I-J colour. SI1-SI2 clarity. Hallmarks for Edinburgh, 2008. Weight 5gms.

Overall condition good. Minor surface wear in keeping with general wear. Dimensions of sapphire: 8 by 6.1 by 3.3mm. Estimated sapphire weight 1.30cts. Sapphire had strong hue with even saturation. Please see the Important Notice for Purchasers in our catalogue for coloured gemstones. The diamonds are bright, lively and well matched. Light yellow hue. Light nicks and chips can be seen to some. Fine feathers and fractures can be seen under magnification. Ring size L 1/2.
