Lot Description

A pair of 9ct gold amethyst cufflinks. Each designed as an oval amethyst cabochon, within a rope-twist surround to the swivel bar fittings. Hallmarks partially rubbed. Length 1.8cms. Weight 10gms.

Condition Report

Overall condition good. There are scratches and areas of discolouration to the cufflinks in keeping with overall wear. The back fittings are secure. There are easily visible profuse internal white fractures to the amethysts visible with the unaided eye, many internal fractures are surface reaching.
