A mid 20th century 18ct gold diamond single-stone ring. The brilliant-cut diamond, to the tapered shoulders and plain band. Estimated diamond weight 1.85cts, tinted colour, SI1-SI2 clarity. Weight 3.8gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition good. There are scratches to the ring in keeping with the age of the piece. There is some yellowing to the band, the band is white gold and the rhodium plating has worn. The diamond is drawing considerable yellow, visible with the unaided eye. There is an internal fracture visible close to the girdle of the diamond, easily visible with magnification. Dimensions of diamond 8.1 by 8.1 by 4.66mm. Inner band stamped 18ct. Ring size N.
