Lot Description
An early 20th century French 18ct gold diamond, ruby and enamel brooch. Of square-shape outline, the three circular ruby cabochon and rose-cut diamond ducks, inlaid to the textured white enamel plaque with similarly-set openwork scrolling corner accent. French Assay marks. Length 2.2cms. Weight 5.9gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition fair. The rubies are in good condition, there are chips to some of the rose-cut diamonds visible with magnification. There is dirt and more pronounced scratches to the back of the brooch. The white enamel has a textured finish and dirt to the inlaid scratch effect detail.
