ROLEX - a stainless steel automatic gentleman's Oyster Perpetual wrist watch circa 1971, the silvered sunburst effect dial with hourly applied batons, bordered by a minute track, smooth bezel, tonneau shaped case, reference number 1002, serial number 2982048, fitted to a non-original blue leather strap, signed calibre 1570. Case width 34mm.

Rolex wrist watch, movement is currently functioning, movement shows some light scratches and wear from use, the seal is missing, dial shows slight marks, hands appear in good condition, glass is lightly marked from use, case has medium scratches from use, case back is scratched from use, bezel is scratched from use, watch is fitted to a non-original leather strap which is in almost new condition, pin buckle is lightly scratched.
This lot does not come with box or papers.
Due to the opening of the case back we recommend that this lot be resealed by an authorised technician before use near water.
