ROLEX - a gold plated automatic gentleman's Oyster Perpetual wrist watch, the silvered dial with hourly applied gilt markers, quarterly applied Arabic numerals, bordered by a minute track, tonneau shaped case, reference number rubbed, serial number 16944, fitted to a non-original brown leather strap with pin buckle, calibre 1030. Case width 34mm.

Rolex wrist watch, movement is currently functioning, crown is extremely tough to use which may indicate deeper problem with the movement, dial shows marks and discolouration, hourly applied markers show scratches and discolouration, hands show scratches, second hand shows chips and discolouration to the paint work, glass appears in good condition, case has medium scratches from use, there are scratches visible to the bezel, there is light wear visible to the gold plating of the case, case back is scratched and pitted from use, crown is scratched and tough to use, watch is fitted to a leather strap which is in good condition with signs of light wear being visible with light creases to the strap, pin buckle is lightly scratched and showing wear to the gold plate.
This lot does not come with box or papers.
Due to the opening of the case back we recommend that this lot be resealed by an authorised technician before use near water.
