A Rolex wrist watch, movement is currently functioning, dial has tiny marks and light scratches, hands are scratched, glass has a few light scratches, case has medium scratches and a few tiny dints, slightly heavier scuffs on the case back, small area of score marks on edge of case, probably caused when it was opened, light discolouration to the case back, crown would benefit from a clean as residue is visible, tiny dint, bezel is lightly scratched with tiny dints, strap shows signs of wear and creasing, signs of rubbing, significant crack by one of the pin holes, a few smaller cracks on the underside of strap by the pin holes, pin buckle is lightly scratched with a few tiny dints.

Due to the opening of this case back we recommend that this watch is sealed by an authorised technician before use near water.

Bidders should be aware that the import of Rolex watches to the US is restricted. Watches (not limited to Rolex) may not be shipped to the USA and import must be undertaken personally. Generally only one watch may be imported in this manner at any one time.

Many of the articles offered in this sale have components, or are parts which may contain material(s) derived from endangered or protected animal materials e.g. alligator, crocodile skin and as such are prohibited by law to be exported by Fellows without a CITES permit. Fellows are therefore required to remove any restricted strap prior to delivery of the watch and buckle/clasp, and are unable to ship from their offices any other restricted part.
