ROLEX - an 18k gold automatic gentleman's Oyster Perpetual Date Submariner bracelet watch circa 1970, the black dial with hourly applied gilt markers, date aperture set to three o'clock, bordered by a minute track, rotating bezel with black insert and Arabic divisions, tonneau shaped case, reference number 1680, serial number 2817935, fitted to an 18k gold link Oyster bracelet with folding clasp, signed calibre 1570. Case width 40mm. With box.

Rolex bracelet watch, movement is currently functioning, watch may benefit from service as residue can be seen to the movement and rotor does not move freely, dial shows slight marks, hands show slight marks from use, glass is showing residue and scratches, case has medium scratches from use, case back is scratched from use, bezel is scratched and luminous dot marker to zero point is discoloured and marked from use, bracelet links are scratched and scuffed from use, clasp is scratched and scuffed but not securely well, this will require attention for future wear of the watch. Bracelet measures approximately 18cm including the case.
This lot comes with box only.
Due to the opening of the case back we recommend that this lot be resealed by an authorised technician before use near water.
