A 1920's 9ct gold and enamel Masonic Jewel for St. Marylebone Borough Council Lodge No. 4283, personal inscription to the reverse. Hallmarked Birmingham 1922, badge to ribbon not hallmarked. Height measuring 10 cm, gross weight inclusive of ribbon 21.3 grams.
