Lot Description
An early 20th century 15ct gold aquamarine and seed pearl pendant. Of openwork design, the pear-shape aquamarine, suspended from an oval-shape aquamarine and seed pearl scrolling panel. Length of pendant 5.7cms. Length of chain 51cms. Weight 5.9gms.

Condition Report
The lot is in good overall condition with scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. The pendant is stamped 15ct, stamp partially worn. The surmount is a different colour and probable replacement. The chain clasp is stamped 9c. The seed and split pearls are moderately well matched, some appear metallic grey, some have a moderately dull lustre, one with noticeable wear to the nacre. The aquamarine are not well matched, the one to the pendant is a medium greenish blue, the pear-shape is a dark medium blue hue, minor abrasions.
