An 18ct gold painted ceramic and paste locket. The oval-shape ceramic plaque depicting a courting couple in 17th century dress, within a circular blue glass cabochon and imitation split pearl scrolling surround, to the similarly designed surmount. French assay marks. Length 6.8cms. Weight 19.5gms.

Condition Report
The lot is in good overall condition with scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. The reverse shows a glass locket section within a brass surround. The blue glass cabochons show minor abrasion and some small nicks. One of the imitation pearls are cracked. Minor nicks and flakes to the painted ceramic.
