PATEK PHILLIPE - a pair of 'Ellipse d'Or' cufflinks. Each designed as an iridescent grey panel, to the hinged back panel with curved bar connector. Signed Patek Phillipe, Geneve. Length of cufflink face 1.7cms. Weight 17.6gms.
