A 9ct gold amethyst and seed pearl brooch. Of oval outline, the early 20th century amethyst collet, within a later seed pearl scalloped surround. Collet with hallmarks for Birmingham, 1904. Length 2.1cms. Weight 8.7gms.

Overall condition good. Light scratches in keeping with general wear and age. This is a composite piece. Width 2.7cms. Amethyst medium purple. Good saturation. Seed pearls greyish white.
