Lot Description
A mid 20th century gold diamond and seed pearl brooch. The single-cut diamond and cultured pearl floral cluster, suspended from a knife-edge bar, to the single-cut diamond foliate swag surmount with seed pearl detail. Length 3.6cms. Weight 2.5gms.

Condition Report
The lot is in good overall condition with scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. The brooch fitting and curved bar are later replacements/additions, base metal. Possibly originally part of a larger item. The diamonds appear bright and well matched, estimated total diamond weight 0.08ct. Individual diamonds too small to accurately assess colour/clarity grades. The seed pearls are moderately well matched with a cream through slightly yellowish cream body colour and varying lustre quality.
