Lot Description
A natural pearl single-strand necklace. Comprising a strand of 123 graduated natural pearls, measuring from 5.3 to 2.4mms, to the fancy-cut sapphire and rose-cut diamond diagonal line clasp. Accompanied by report number 06118, from The Gem & Pearl Laboratory, dated 21st August 2012, stating that the pearls are natural saltwater. French assay marks. Length 40.7cms.

Condition Report
The lot is in good overall condition with scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. The cultured pearls have variations of colour, mostly a yellow through peachy tone with good lustre, one of the larger pearls is noticeably whiter in body colour. The clasp has French assay marks for 18ct gold and platinum. Some of the diamonds appear slightly discoloured and slightly off-set, possible replacements. Estimated total diamond spread weight 0.12ct, though this is no indication of the actual total diamond weight. Individual diamonds too small to accurately assess colour/clarity grades.
