Lot Description

An early 20th century 18ct gold and silver lapis lazuli and diamond cross pendant. The rose-cut diamond cross strap, to the cylindrical lapis lazuli arms and rose-cut diamond surmount. Length 6.2cms.

The lot is in fair to good overall condition with scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. Lapis lazuli untested for natural colour origin. The lapis lazuli has small nicks and chips with a more noticeable chip to the base of the longest arm. The longest arm of the cross has been snapped and re-applied. The diamonds appear bright and moderately well matched, estimated total diamond spread weight 0.25ct, the spread weight is in no way an indication of the actual total diamond weight. Individual diamonds too small to accurately assess colour/clarity grades, some appear dark/discoloured. Weight 10.1gms.
