Lot Description

A 9ct gold keyless wind half hunter pocket watch signed J.W. Benson, the white dial with hourly applied black Roman numerals, subsidiary sunken seconds dial positioned to six o'clock, bordered by a minute track, round case with a Roman chapter ring to front, hallmarked London 1926, fitted with a signed half plate movement with ratchet tooth lever escapement. Case diameter 52mm. Total weight 114gms.

Half hunter pocket watch, keyless wind movement is currently functioning, few tiny marks and pieces of debris to the dial, hands are slightly discoloured, replacement hand, minute hand is slightly bent, inner glass is lightly scratched, outer glass has light scratches, case has medium scratches and tiny dints, engraving to the rear.
