Lot Description

A silver key wind open face pocket watch signed "The Farringdon", the white dial with black Roman numerals, subsidiary sunken seconds dial positioned to six o'clock, bordered by a minute track, round case with milled band, engine turned decoration and a vacant cartouche to rear, hallmarked London 1889, fitted with a signed full plate movement with ratchet tooth lever escapement. Case diameter 54mm.

Open face pocket watch, key wind movement is not currently functioning, tiny marks and some cracks to the dial, chipping around the subsidiary dial, hands are marked, possible replacement hour hand, minute hand is slightly bent and torn to the bottom, glass is scratched, case has medium scratches and tiny dints, heavy rubbing to the milled band and engine turned decoration, tiny dints to the bow.
