Lot Description
A Victorian silver key wind open face signed J.W. Benson, the white enamel dial with hourly applied Roman numerals, bordered by a minute track, subsidiary seconds dial to six o'clock, round case hallmarked London 1872, milled band, engine turned decoration and vacant cartouche to the rear, signed full plate fusee and chain movement with ratchet tooth lever escapement. Case diameter 50mm.

Key wind pocket watch, key wind movement is currently not functioning, pocket watch will require some attention to get back into working order, dial has dark marks and light scratches, there are small pieces of debris to the dial, hands are discoloured and scratched, glass is scratched, case has medium scratches and tiny dints, there is wear to the engine turned design from previous use, case back does not secure to the case well, bow and pendant are scratched.
