Two small Japanese Meiji period ivory okimono. The first modelled as huntsman holding a bird in one hand, an arrow in the other, on an oval base, green-stained mark beneath, 6", (15cm) high, the second a lady with floor-length tied hair, a seated cat at her feet, 4.3", (11cm) high, (2).
