To include: The catalogue of the Sale by Auction of the Lilleshall Estate, 8,500 acres in 210 lots, July 1912; items relating to Lord Newport and the Weston Park Estate; blueprints and plans for W. H. Winterton's Brickworks, Ward End; local maps of Alum Rock/Ward End area; 'Artistic Country Buildings' book issued by the CGA, 1911; Illustrated London News Record 'Transvaal War 1899-1900' (no covers), and personal effects to include two ivory brushes with armorial of the Bradford family (Castle Bromwich Hall), plus a Naval uniform reputedly owned by Lord Bradford (a/f).
