An ink and watercolour view of Edgaston Hall, circa 1900, the facade and west front seen from beyond a ha-ha, with figures in the formal gardens, entitled verso, 5" x 13.5" (13cm x 34cm), in card mount and gilt frame under glass

Condition Report
Possible light water stain to left foreground (but this could be paint effect). Card mount is brown and mottled, needs replacing. Corners to gilt frame have been restored. Still a nice watercolour.
