A pair of 19th century oil paintings on metal.
Probably Dutch or German,
each depicting a figure in a cottage interior,
one taking snuff, the other smoking a pipe,
the latter inscribed 'No.311' verso,
6.5" x 5", (16.5cm x 13cm), in gilt gesso frames under glass, (2).
