Edwardian silver mounted glass claret jug of tapered form, hinged domed lid and angular handle and star cut base. Hallmarked William Hutton & Sons Ltd Birmingham 1901. Height measuring 9 1/4 inches (23.5 cm).

The lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use.

Shallow dints to the silver mount. The mount sits just off centre to the glass body. The hallmarks to the body are almost completely rubbed, date letter and passant visible inside the lid.
