A pair of 1930’s silver open salts of octagonal form on conforming stepped bases and blue glass liners, hallmarked Ellis & Co Birmingham 1936, height measuring 2 inches (4.5 cm). Together with a pair of Victorian silver open salts embossed with acorns and oak leaves, hallmarked Mappin & Webb Ltd London 1892. Gross silver weight 6.1 ozt (190 grams).

Condition Report
The lot displays general scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. The blue glass liners are chipped, one also completely cracked. The hallmarks are clear and legible.
