The dish displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use.  Deeper scratches to some areas and various minor nicks/dints.  There are two small uniform holes in the underside suggesting that it was previously fixed to something.  Maker's mark partly worn, otherwise the hallmarks are clear and legible.
