Lot Description
Two pairs of silver napkin rings, one pair of circular form with engine turned banded decoration within raised borders, hallmarked Arnold E Williams, Birmingham 1946, the other pair of plain convex circular form, hallmarked Robert Pringle & Sons, London 1921; together with a plain silver mounted rectangular photograph frame, hallmarked Sanders & Mackenzie, Birmingham 1946. Weight of napkin rings 1.6 ozt (49.8 grams).

Condition Report
All pieces in the lot display general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. There is some slight loss of detail to the engine turned decoration on one of the pairs of napkin rings. Hallmarks on this pair are clear and legible. The plain pair displays numerous surface dints and some of the dints are quite large. Hallmarks on this pair are quite rubbed and distorted in places. The silver mount on the photograph frame is heavily tarnished and is coming away from the wood in places. There are several dints and knocks around the edge and especially to the two bottom corners. Personal presentation inscription and date to top of frame. The hallmarks are clear and legible.
