Lot Description
A 1930's silver horticultural presentation trophy cup and cover of classic form and twin scrolling handles and raised on a shallow wooden plinth, presentation inscription and engraved with the winners names and dates, hallmarked Gorham Manufacturing Co Birmingham 1938, height including plinth 10 1/2 inches (26.5 cm). Together with a 1920's small silver trophy cup, hallmarked Chester 1927. Gross silver weight 15.25 ozt (474 grams). (2).

Condition Report
The lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Minor dints and bumps. The smaller example has not been engraved. The hallmarks are clear and legible. Maker's mark to the smaller example is distorted.
