Lot Description

A continental white metal mounted cut glass mustard pot, of bulbous shape above a square pedestal foot, the white metal mounts with reeded border detail, globular finial to hinged lid and a flat top handle to one side.  Maximum height including finial measures 4 3/8 inches (11 cm).

The mustard pot display general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use.  The metal mount displays some deeper contact marks, scratches and various nicks.  The hinged cover is in good working order.  There are some chips visible to the glass, mainly to the edges and corners of the square base.
