Victorian silver mounted butter knife with scroll engraved blade to the mother of pearl handle, hallmarked Hilliard & Thomason Birmingham 1899. Together with a pair of open work sugar tongs with shell bowls, hallmarked Walker & Hall (John Edward Bingham) Sheffield 1891. (2).
