An early twentieth century silver mounted and cut glass claret jug with bulbous body leading to a cylindrical neck and silver collar and hinged domed lid embossed with foliate scrolls. Hallmarked Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co Ltd London 1910. Height measuring 10 inches (25.5 cm).

Condition Report
The claret jug appears in good overall structural condition displaying general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. There is some heavier tarnishing and would benefit from a clean and polish. A few minor nibbles and chips to the glass. The lid just rises slightly to one side. The cartouche are vacant. The hallmarks are clear and legible.
