Lot Description
Continental Art Deco silver-gilt and enamel cigarette case of oblong form, the black enamelled body bordered by cream and marcasite set stylised diamond shaped motifs and lip. Hallmarked H C Freeman Ltd, London import 1934. Length measuring 3 1/3 inches (8 cm), weight 2.8 ozt (87 grams).

Condition Report
The lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. The enamel does have some significant losses, particularly around the lip and displays hair line fractures to the surface. The hallmarks appear rubbed but legible.
