Lot Description
A sapphire, ruby and diamond cluster brooch. Of openwork design, the three pear-shape sapphire cabochon and single-cut diamond drops, suspended from a freeform sapphire cabochon, within a kite-shape scrolling panel and carved ruby cabochon and single-cut diamond foliate surround. Length 6cms. Weight 22.6gms.

Condition Report
The lot is in good overall condition with scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. The diamonds appear bright and well matched, estimated total diamond weight 0.45ct. Individual diamonds too small to accurately assess colour/clarity grades. Please see important notices for purchasers in the catalogue for Coloured Gemstones. The sapphires are a blue hue with variance in tone and saturation. Some surface blemishes. The rubies are uneven in size and shape, some with orange discolouration. The rubies are generally weak in saturation.
