An 18ct gold ruby and diamond dress ring. The old and single-cut diamond panel, with calibre-cut diamond figure-of-eight detail, to the single-cut diamond shoulders and ridged band. French assay mark. Estimated total diamond weight 0.60ct. Weight 3.4gms.
