A diamond and synthetic ruby cluster ring. Of shield-shape outline, the pear-shape diamond within a circular-shape synthetic ruby and rose-cut diamond double surround, to the similarly-cut diamond shoulders and plain band. Principal diamond estimated weight 0.20ct. Weight 3.5gms.
