A late 19th century 9ct gold amethyst brooch. The oval-shape amethyst, within a double foliate surround. Length 6.1cms. Weight 16.8gms.

Condition Report
The lot is in good overall condition with scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. The clasp and possibly pin hinge are replacements. There are small areas of discolouration and possible small repairs. There are four loops along one side of the brooch, possibly later additions.
