A diamond heart pendant. The diamond heart-shape cluster, within a rope-twist surround, to the similarly-cut diamond surmount. Length 2.2cms. Weight 3gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition fair. There are scratches to the pendant in keeping with general wear. The diamonds vary in quality, many with easily visible fractures, inclusions, some with surface reaching fractures, that appear as cracks and chips, individual size and/or setting prevents accurate colour/clarity assessment.
The suspender loop and joining link may have been added to the cluster at a later date. The settings may need to be secured.
