An 18k gold manual wind gentleman's Patek Philippe & Cie wrist watch.

Patek Philippe wrist watch, movement is currently functioning, movement shows marks and dirt, dial shows light marks and and discolouration in places, hands show discolouration and chips, glass is scratched from use, case has medium scratches from use, dust cover to movement shows scratches, case back shows monogram, case back is tough to secure to case, there are dents visible to the side of the case, front of case shows noticeable scratches, there are chips and scratches to the paint work of the front case cover, glass is missing to the front of the case, watch fitted to brown leather strap which is heavily worn and showing wear, pin buckle is noticeably discoloured and in poor condition.
