VACHERON CONSTANTIN - an 18k gold manual wind gentleman's wrist watch, the silvered dial with hourly applied gilt markers, quarterly Roman numerals, subsidiary sunken seconds dial positioned to six o'clock, bordered by a minute track, tonneau shaped case, numbered 274781, fitted to a non-original brown lizard strap with gold plated pin buckle, signed calibre 453. Case width 34mm.

Vacheron Constantin wrist watch, manual wind movement is currently functioning, movement shows some marks and scratches with the screw heads, dial shows some marks with a noticeable mark towards the centre, hands have marks with a dint to the centre, glass is scratched, case has marks and scratches as a result of general wear, case also shows some dints and tarnishing, crown appears to be replacement, strap appears to be in good condition with some marks, buckle also appears to be in good condition.
